I work on Algebraic Geometry and related fields. My research has been mainly concentrated on the study of the following topics:
 • moduli spaces of complex surfaces of general type<<BR>>
 • numerical invariants of fibred surfaces<<BR>>
 • factoriality of singular complex threefolds<<BR>> 
 • proper self-maps of affine spaces.

I partecipate to the Miur research project PRIN Geometria delle varietà algebriche and to the GNSAGA of INDAM.
