Instructions on how to generate the instance set officially adopted for ASPCOMP 2013:

Run

makeCompetitionSet.pl <fullinstancesetfolder> <outputfolder> <seed> <instancesperbenchmark>

where:

<fullinstancesetfolder> is a folder in which all the instances are unpacked with subfolder
tree structure b01,..., b0N...

<seed> is 1535384448 (Outcome of the Euromillion Lottery of Apr 9th, 2013)~

<instancesperbenchmark> is:
30

The <outputfolder> will be filled with *symbolic links* to the fullinstancesetfolder.

Note that problem b01-b17 belonged to the M&S Track only, while all the benchmarks were run for
the System track.

The officially selected instance list is reported by reference in 2013-selectedinstanceslist.txt
