Objective :

The objective of our application , The customer makes his choice is a car such as(type, model ...) Following this step by going directly with the work of the administrator, who will take into consideration the choice of customers and make a scan from agency database (stock magazine)to have a similar results if not a booking outside of the Agency, after the favorable outcome expects the client's consent, if a customer's positive rethinking, we pass to the bureaucracy steps off(payment,contract,bill,..) .

Analyst of Application:

The application will be used or operated only by the administrator, After the customer's choice, administrator start booking the car in this stage there are two cases

1. Booking from stock of magazine agency.
2. If the choice does not exist or the choice of the client from the begging , we go to a reservation outside of the agency .

After booking the car it goes to step payment then contract and the factorization as well stage of.

So how it works?

For all applications there an identification step in our case the administrator has login and password, then a blank page Requisite for the choosing of customer. Let's talk about customer every client has ID with a given personal data (FName,LName, address, numb phone, mail)

* In this new page of the customer administrator scheduled select the customer's choice of his car, this step will be running as a result the client make the choice and the user records in this page of requisite. Each requisite has a customer ID ,modification, date, and all information (last choices, last requisite , how many cars,.. )

* After Compline steps choice, begins user role staff scan the database of the magazine agency , if not a external catalog this step is Depend about availability of choice or the choice of the client from the begging . Short abstract : In this application two main actors : client & Administrator:"user" they plays the major role then I repeat that’s this application it will use just by the user

We are moving in the stage of booking in this step as i said there are two steps depend of choice and availability

1. if the choice available in the magazine of the agency The Booking will be easier just click Order

2. If the second case is that the choice is not available in agency then we will go through an external booking , in this case we must have confirmation of the customer

The fourth step and the last stage is when the car is available the customer has paid bills ,contract ,then finely delivery car .
